Our client is a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider.

Role & Responsibilities

Administration

Liaising with the Contracts Managers
Responsible for opening and closing the office
Ensuring all open roles are advertised everywhere
Dealing with all operatives applying for jobs
Ensuring all operatives tickets/paperwork are in order
Sorting out payroll details
Inputting timesheets
Taking calls from clients regarding bookings

Recruitment

Searching for candidates from their system and job boards
Importing candidates onto their in-house database
Registering candidates
Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients
Importing documentation onto their in-house system
Sending job specs to candidates
Answering calls as and when positions are advertised

Experience & Skills

Working in a target driven environment
