Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person position in Minneapolis, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and learning needs through evidence-based interventions and collaborative educational practices.

The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral supports that promote student success across educational settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Analyze behavioral data and use data-driven decision-making to support student outcomes.
Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff.
Develop and implement individualized behavioral support strategies.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families.
Train school personnel on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards established by the BACB.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required records.
Promote positive behavioral supports and inclusive educational practices.

Qualifications:

Must be fully licensed and credentialed.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Minnesota licensure or eligibility to practice in a school-based setting.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred.
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Commitment to student-centered services and positive behavioral outcomes.
